There is no upfront cost and no setup fees when selling tickets through TicketFill. How much is the per-ticket service charge? The per-ticket service charge is automatically generated for you when you setup your event, based on the event information that you submit. We believe our per-ticket charges are the lowest available. Please let us know if this is not the case and we will try to match it. How do I pay the service fees? TicketFill mails your first payment (95% of revenues from your event) to you no more than 24 hours after the event date. The second payment (the remaining 5%) is held for 90 days. How can I take advantage of that for my event?TicketFill creates seating charts for “Professional Events” at your venue utilizing our proprietary Live Seating Chart Application. Customers select specific seats online. Please contact us so we can setup your chart. Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have other custom needs as well. What is the difference between will-call and electronic ticket delivery? The primary difference between will-call and electronic ticket delivery is whether you wish to issue tickets or not. In a will-call scenario, your customers are assigned confirmation numbers. The customers present their confirmation numbers to an attendant at your will-call window at your venue to pick up their tickets. After confirming their confirmation number against your registration list, which is available for printing from the “event management” section, you can provide them with a physical ticket. Electronic tickets are actual tickets that your customer prints out on her printer. The ticket contains your customer’s name, confirmation number and barcode. You can check these tickets at the entrance to the event against your customer list, available for printing from the “event management” section. Why is there a barcode on the electronic tickets? If you have a large event, we can provide barcode scanners for ticket check-in. This speeds up the check-in process significantly. Please contact us to discuss pricing for this option.
