• Will Call: Once a ticket purchase has been completed online, the buyer receives a confirmation number. The buyer presents the confirmation number at the will-call window at the venue, which is checked against a reservations list printed from the TicketFill website. The venue distributes physical tickets at this time.

Setting Prices:

Event Approval:

TicketFill staff reviews all events prior to posting them for sale. Your event will be reviewed within 24 hours, at which point you will be contacted by email.

Add Link to Your Website:

Once you have set up your event at TicketFill, create a link from your website to ours by using the Add Link option in our Event Management section. Paste this link into your website so that customers can directly purchase tickets at TicketFill while visiting your website.We strongly recommend that you add this link to your website so your customers have an easy experience locating tickets to purchase online.

Event Maintenance:

Once you have set up an event, manage it from the Event Maintenance vendor section. Access live sales statistics, control your ticket prices, and add or delete price classes at any time.

Print Buyers List:

You can print a buyers list for your event at any time, which includes the buyers’ confirmation codes. Compare the confirmation codes at the entrance to the venue to eliminate fraudulent electronic tickets. No two customers can have the same confirmation codes, which are randomly selected. We strongly encourage all venues to follow this confirmation process, including venues using will call ticketing.

Email Marketing:

TicketFill permits you to email customers with information concerning their upcoming event. You may also use this feature for marketing and promotional purposes.

Service Fees:

We work hard to remain the least expensive provider of online ticketing solutions. TicketFill charges a minimal service fee that is significantly lower that that of our main competitors, and we charge absolutely no startup fees.
